what we do
We at East Bay Group have an aversion to forcing you into
"cookie-cutter" solutions proposed by most consultancies just because it’s more
efficient. While we have a library of
tools and tactics - and several centuries of combined experience in their use -
we do not have a “typical” engagement. We offer tiered support - ranging from self-service through coached
implementation to full service.
Our work focuses on identifying the gaps within and between business
units to improve interactions and processes. By taking a customers-eye view of
your organization, we find the performance gaps between marketing and sales,
sales and fulfillment, IT and everyone else. Then we work with these units and
your customer interaction touchpoints, closing the gaps that make you less
effective.
how we do it
East Bay Group starts an engagement with a different
premise: identify the missing ingredients within the client organization and
determine how to supply them in order to help the client’s own team complete
the project successfully. This usually
includes some help in defining the problem and organizing a solution, providing
SME support not available within the client organization, coaching team leaders
in project implementation, conducting or supplementing staff training, and
providing specific pre-packaged methodologies, project plans, sample
deliverables and tools that speed and smooth execution.
