East Bay Group was formed in 2002 by a team of experienced
practitioners who discovered in each other a similar set
of characteristics: a distrust of “traditional” consulting
company tactics and philosophies, a belief that most organizations
hold the key to their own success, and a preference for
helping clients ‘do for themselves.' While each individual
has areas of expertise, all East Bay Group principals are
accomplished in the basic consultative and coaching skills
honed through years of diverse and practical experience.
